Prices and delivery costs
The prices of items in the online store www.cool-box.si are listed in euros (€) and already include 22% value added tax. Prices are valid until cancelled.
Payment methods
Payment by card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Apple Pay. In the payment method selection step, select the type of payment card from the payment card menu. After placing your order, you will be redirected to a secure payment environment (Stripe). Enter the cardholder, card number, CVC code (the three-digit number on the back of the card in the signature area) and the card's validity. You can choose this payment method if you are making the purchase as an individual or as a legal entity.
For some cards, you need to enter an additional 8-digit SecureCode or Passcode, which you create using a portable reader. We do not store your credit card number for future orders. You will need to enter it again when making a purchase. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card during a purchase, please follow the instructions provided by your credit card issuer and notify us immediately.
PAYPAL: First you need to log in to Pay Pal and create your profile/account. In the online store, the system will ask you for your payment method before you place your order. Follow the steps.
Compulsory guarantee of conformity of goods
The seller is liable for any non-conformity of the goods that exists at the time of delivery of the goods and that becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the goods.
If the goods are non-conforming (according to Articles 72, 73 of the ZVPot-1), the consumer must notify the company - the seller within two months of discovering the non-conformity and within two years of purchasing the goods. The consumer must describe the non-conformity in detail. The consumer can send the notification of non-conformity to the store where the goods were purchased. The consumer allows the seller to inspect the goods. The consumer requests in writing from the seller to restore conformity free of charge within 30 days, the deadline may be extended by an additional 15 days, whereby the seller must notify the consumer of the extension of the deadline before the 30-day deadline expires.
In the event of non-conformity of the goods, the consumer who has notified the seller of the non-conformity of the goods is entitled, under the conditions and in the order set out in this section, to: 1. request the seller to bring the goods into conformity free of charge; 2. request a reduction in the purchase price in proportion to the non-conformity or withdraw from the sales contract and request a refund of the amount paid.
Returns and complaints
The company Cool-Box.si is responsible for non-conformity of goods or sold items in accordance with applicable legislation.
In the event of non-conformity of the goods, the online store www.cool-box.si accepts complaints to the email address info@cool-box.si and will resolve them as soon as possible. The customer has 30 days from the receipt of the goods to submit a complaint. The costs of returning the goods are covered by the customer.
A complaint is possible in the following cases:
-product damage
-the product is not the same as the photos on the website
If the customer is not satisfied with the product for any other reason, a complaint is not possible, as the product is personalized or engraved according to the customer's wishes.
Before the order is processed (12 hours from the order placement), the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and receive a refund. The customer only needs to inform us in time at info@coolpups.si that they are canceling their order.
In accordance with legal regulations Cool-Box.si does not recognize any provider outside the court's jurisdiction to resolve consumer disputes as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer might initiate in accordance with the Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act.

Conclusion of the contract
The customer concludes the contract in the checkout by clicking on the "Complete order" button. After placing the order, the customer immediately receives all detailed information about the order to their email address. In the event that the customer notices an error in the order, they have 12 hours to cancel the order before I start production. If the customer is not satisfied with the received goods, they have 30 days to cancel the contract for certain reasons.
We store the text of the contract and do not delete it. The customer can request to delete the text and we will do so within 24 hours.

We are aware that the privacy of visitors and customers in our online store is our top priority. Therefore, we guarantee 100% protection and security of your personal data according to the Personal Data Protection Act.
By purchasing, you agree that we store and use your personal data exclusively for the purposes of internal archiving, statistics, and informing you about news and offers. We will keep your personal data confidential and will not share it with third parties without your prior consent.
Each customer has the right. You can request in writing at any time that we temporarily or permanently stop using your data for direct marketing purposes within 7 days.
Final provisions
When making a purchase, the user of the online store www.cool-box.si confirms that he is fully aware of the general terms and conditions of business and agrees with them.
In relation to any disputes, both parties are committed to amicable resolution; otherwise, the court in Celje has jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to make changes and errors in prices and written text.
