Notice on the use and processing of personal data
The operator may use and process the personal data of the website user, obtained when entering at the checkout in the Cool-Box.si online store, in accordance with the applicable personal data protection regulations (Personal Data Protection Act ZVOP-1, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 94/07).
In accordance with the ZVOP-1, the controller of personal data may process personal data if the individual's personal consent is given. Personal consent is a voluntary declaration of the individual's will that their personal data may be processed for a specific purpose, and is given on the basis of information provided by the controller. Retention period

After the individual withdraws their consent, their personal data is deleted immediately, effectively and permanently.
If the purposes described above for which we store and process personal data cease to exist in our company, we will immediately and effectively and permanently delete the data collections whose purpose has ceased.

The Controller is not responsible for any errors resulting from the provision of incorrect data when registering on the portal website.
