Due to the customized nature of the products we produce at Cool-box.si, we are unable to offer returns. Your customized artwork is designed with care and is completely personal.

If you are not satisfied with the final product, please contact us. Customer satisfaction is one of our passions and we always strive to make sure you are happy with the final product.

If you have received the wrong product, the wrong size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course exchange it no questions asked. In this case, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If you have recently placed an order and have changed your mind, you can cancel or modify your order within 30 minutes. If 30 minutes have passed, the cancellation or modification request will be approved at our discretion. This is because our artists often begin work immediately after your order is placed.

Please note that when we create your artwork, we use the photo you uploaded with your order. If you do not follow our photography tips, we cannot offer any solutions. It is your responsibility to submit a high-quality photo that complies with our submission guidelines. Low-quality photos will result in low-quality artwork.

Please note that all examples on the website are made from high-quality, high-resolution photos. Blurry, low-quality photos will not allow our design team to create the high-quality finish you see on the website.

Coupons, promo codes and general store rules

Promo codes:
You can only use one promo code per order. Promo codes cannot be combined, are non-transferable, and may have restrictions or requirements for successful redemption. Promo codes are subject to change at any time. Shipping costs are based on the total cart amount after all promo codes have been applied.

Please note that we cannot apply retroactive discounts. The code you intend to use must be entered at the time of placing your order.
